General Questions

Don’t worry! No one can access your images without your unique password. Please contact us and we will replace your card at your next visit with us at Womens Imaging or we can simply pop another in the mail directly to you.

We will reset your password and send it to you via SMS text ensuring you have access to your images for your next appointment.

When you login for the first time you will be prompted to change your password.

  • Login to your account
  • Click on your Name in the top right hand corner of the webpage
  • Click on the "Change Password" link in the screen which loads
  • Enter your existing password
  • Enter your NEW password
  • Confirm your NEW password by entering your NEW password again
  • Submit your changes by clicking the "Change Password" Button

While Womens Imaging will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Illume are accessible at all times, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case. A notice on our website may be provided when performing any maintenance that will result in Illume being unavailable.

Public internet issues or evolving technologies may disrupt your ability to view Illume. We shall endeavour to be across disruptions and provide any workaround as we become aware of these.

Your diagnostic images are very important and are read by a Specialist Doctor. Your referring doctor will receive your report within 24-48 hours.
(Some examinations do require additional consideration and will be available the following working day).
Illume has started to be rolled out to most referrers in the Moonah region. If they do not have Illume already you may allow your doctor or allied health professional to view your results utilising your own user name and password for the purpose of your appointment. Alternatively they can liaise directly with our Customer Service Manager to enable Illume access.
Film for a lot of doctors is still very important and we respect their view on this. Your doctor’s secretary may speak with us directly to ensure your hard copy results are available for your doctor to view for your next appointment.
Yes! All of your images you have had done at Womens Imaging will be available for you to view.
No. Images performed on you by another radiology clinic are retained by them. Please contact the other radiology practice regarding access to your imaging results.
We take all efforts to ensure your data is safe and secure. Our technology partners use the best tools and engineering practices available to build and maintain this service, and you can rest assured that we've implemented multiple levels of security to protect your privacy. Our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data in transit between our site and your devices; it is designed to create a secure tunnel protected by 128-bit or higher Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
Follow the steps below to save your images.
1. Log into our website with your user ID and password.
2. Select the study you want view.
3. Click on the image you are wanting to save.
4. Select the printer icon.
5. Another screen will pop up with your image.
6. Right click on the image and select ‘Save picture as’
7. Save image onto your desktop/a folder.
Please note: you can only save one image at a time.
